Academic/Professional Qualifications And Work Experience

 Able to use GDS systems (example - Sabre) and issue flight tickets on all airlines

 Knowledge to use online hotel bookings system (example – GTA/HOTELBEDS)

 Minimum of at least high school certificate officially endorsed by the Embassy of the country of origin and must be supported by Dubai Ministry of Foreign Affairs

 Sabre basic & ticketing course certificates

 Must be able to converse in English and another foreign language of origin

 Able to use computer windows version e-mail for correspondence with clients and suppliers

 Highly motivated and enthusiastic with creativity selling skills

Job Description

• To handle all walk in clients for holiday packages enquiries.
• To achieve monthly & yearly budget assigned with immediate reporting supervisor.
• To answer telephone calls enquiries for holiday packages.
• Submission of weekly sales report to immediate reporting Supervisor & Business Development Manager.
• To work in trade expos/exhibitions/brochure launches or any other promotional events taking place outside from office premises on weekends or any public holidays, as and when requested by the management.
• To submit a full report of any official trip sent by the company upon resuming duty at the office.
• To prepare destination packages related to any familiarization/educational trip attended and sent on behalf of the company upon returning from the trip for promotions.
• To promote airlines offering special IT & Corporate fares for all packages to maximize profits for any package booking.
• To handles flight tickets booking for any future holidays corporate or government accounts.
• To comply with company directive of using any forms related to ISO due to standardization of daily working environment.
• To report all sales transactions to accounts as and when full collections are made for any packages sold or tickets issued.
• To assist on any Arabic clients enquiring for their packages via our B2C website.
• To use only company approved and appointed list of suppliers for ground bookings outside from online system.
