Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
  • Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Support HR operations and maintain employee records.
  • Contribute to employer branding and engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
