Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Help in recruitment activities – job posting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
- Support performance review and training coordination processes.
- Handle basic employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive work culture.
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data entry or HRMS updates.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Basic understanding of HR functions like recruitment, attendance, payroll, and compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Comfortable working with MS Office and HR software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles
