Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HR operations and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Help in recruitment activities – job posting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
  • Support performance review and training coordination processes.
  • Handle basic employee queries and assist in maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist in data entry or HRMS updates.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Basic understanding of HR functions like recruitment, attendance, payroll, and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
