The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator will provide support to the US talent acquisition operations team which supports BI’s US talent acquisition organization. The Ops coordinator will support key back-end processes such as employee referral program administration, service mailbox management, pre-employment clearance validation and/or Onboarding support for new hires. The role will interface with members of the US talent acquisition team and other company employees.
Job Duties:
Manage and respond to inquiries within departmental service mailboxes i.e. TA operations mailbox & employee referral mailbox.
Support the administration of the US employee referral program (ERP) via BI’s employee referral platform, including the initiation of employee referral payments, validation of referral activity and responding to employee inquiries related to employee referral topics from the service mailbox.
Upload newly created job profiles into the applicant tracking system library.
Assist in the maintenance of talent acquisition documentation, share rooms and associated web sites.
Validate pre-employment verification requirements for external new hires in partnership with the recruitment team, coordinator service center and vendor partners as needed.
Provide support to TA Operational initiatives, special projects and ad hoc needs.
Provide support for US Onboarding activities, including sending new hire and hiring manager communications, maintaining new hire tracking files and supporting the Onboarding Specialist with, in person and virtual New Hire orientation coordination
Experience Required:
2 years of HR and recruiting coordination experience and proven experience supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
SuccessFactors Recruiting experience preferred
Strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channels
Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and timelines independently
Education Requirements:
HS diploma, 2 or 4 year college degree preferred
