We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Coordinator to assist in performance management and support HR operations. The Junior HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department, particularly in performance management processes. This includes assisting with appraisal cycles, maintaining performance records, and coordinating with managers to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
- Maintain accurate employee performance records and documentation.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking progress.
- Help prepare performance reports and summaries for HR leadership.
- Provide administrative support in HR operations (attendance, leave records, employee files).
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Coordinate HR communications and ensure timely updates to staff.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee training and development.
- Assist in organizing workshops, feedback sessions, and engagement activities.
- Help monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6 months – 1.5 years of HR experience (internship or entry-level role preferred).
- Basic understanding of performance management systems and HR processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
