Junior Hr Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative junior HR executive to join our on-site team. this role is designed to provide exposure to real-world HR practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and social media management. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.

Social Media & Employer Branding:

• Create and schedule engaging content for HR-led initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Highlight workplace culture, employee achievements, and company events online.
• Track analytics and suggest improvements to boost reach and engagement.

Employee Engagement & Activities:

• Plan and execute team-building activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
• Help organize employee events (festivals, birthdays, internal contests, etc.).
• Collect feedback and contribute ideas to improve the overall employee experience.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a basic understanding of social media trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Canva or design tools is a plus.
• High level of energy, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
