We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Human Resource Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and internal events.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and feedback processes.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are properly followed.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and data summaries as required.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth HR operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
