We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. Your primary focus will be calling and engaging with potential candidates, introducing them to exciting roles, and creating a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates for various openings.
• Explain job roles, company culture, and growth opportunities clearly and confidently.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or Business preferred).
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or telecalling (freshers welcome!).
• Excellent verbal communication and confident phone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the HR function.
