Job Summary:
As a Junior HR Executive, you will support the HR department in various tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further develop their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards and company websites.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Handle routine HR inquiries from employees and direct them to appropriate HR personnel when needed.
- Assist with payroll processing by providing relevant employee information.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment and addressing employee queries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and creative activities and events.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Previous experience or internships in HR is preferred but not required.
