Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees
  • Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS
  • Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support
  • Support HR policies implementation and compliance
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR activities
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
