Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior HR Executive who can join immediately to manage and support daily HR operations in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and practical knowledge of HR administration within Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end onboarding, and employee documentation as per Bahrain Labour Law
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and files in line with LMRA and SIO requirements
- Assist with visa processing, work permits, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage attendance, leave, and overtime in compliance with local labor regulations
- Support payroll coordination ensuring compliance with WPS, SIO, and statutory deductions
- Assist in disciplinary procedures, warnings, and terminations as per legal guidelines
- Coordinate employee relations and handle HR queries professionally
- Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate HR data management
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role in Bahrain
- Immediate joiner is required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, SIO, and WPS
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience working with Bahrain-based companies is mandatory
- Experience in construction, real estate, or facilities management is an advantage
