Junior HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner on a contractual basis to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on exposure across HR functions.

HR Business Partnering

  • Support HRBP in employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit)
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support
  • Assist in performance management processes and documentation
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives and culture activities

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HRMIS updates
  • Support onboarding formalities and documentation
  • Track attendance, leave, and employee data
  • Assist in policy communication and compliance

Admin Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors for office administration needs
  • Manage seating, assets, and access requirements
  • Support travel coordination and logistics when required
  • Handle day-to-day admin coordination for the HR team

Executive Support (CEO Office)

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on action items
  • Maintain confidentiality in sensitive communications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
