Junior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Junior HR Executive with experience in a software house / IT environment to support daily HR operations. The role involves recruitment support, employee coordination, HR documentation, and assisting with HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of HR experience in a software house or IT company.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles and hiring processes.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Timings: 11 am to 8 pm

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.
