Junior HR Executive

Role Summary:
The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources within a structured organizational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management and time office function.
  • Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with HR specialization.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
