Junior HR Executive
Role Summary:
The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources within a structured organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management and time office function.
- Coordinate employee induction and training programs.
- Assist in performance appraisal and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with HR specialization.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferred).
