Job Description

The Junior HR Executive will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance management, and HR record maintenance. The role is suitable for candidates who are starting their HR career and willing to learn and grow in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and references.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
• Maintain candidate database and follow up on interview status.

2. Onboarding & Documentation Support

• Handle joining formalities and collect required documents.
• Maintain employee files and update HR records.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance and leave applications.
• Update attendance records in HR system/Excel.

4. Employee Coordination

• Address basic employee queries.
• Support HR meetings and training programs.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

5. HR MIS & Reporting

• Maintain HR data and prepare basic reports.
• Update manpower status and attrition data.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
• MBA (HR) preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
