JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Executive to support our HR team in recruitment, employee administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be based in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and have a basic understanding of Bahrain Labour Law to ensure compliance in day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on Indeed, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
  • Assist in managing attendance, leave, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and labor regulations.
  • Support HR team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
  • Basic knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, visa/work permit regulations, and HR compliance.
  • Experience posting jobs on Indeed or other online recruitment platforms is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Immediate availability and residence in Bahrain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.
