Junior HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive who is locally available in Bahrain and can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR functions and strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law to support daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Support recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and company policies
  • Support employee relations and address basic HR queries
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred (freshers with relevant internships may apply)
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiner is mandatory
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR software or HRIS systems
  • Exposure to recruitment platforms like Inde
