Junior HR Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, capable of joining immediately, and have a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
  • Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle onboarding and employee orientation processes
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies
  • Support visa, LMRA, and GOSI-related documentation when required
  • Coordinate employee relations and internal HR communications
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law
  • Locally available in Bahrain
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with HR software and attendance systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional and positive attitude
