Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be locally available in Bahrain, capable of joining immediately, and have a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and employee orientation processes
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company policies
- Support visa, LMRA, and GOSI-related documentation when required
- Coordinate employee relations and internal HR communications
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law
- Locally available in Bahrain
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
