Junior HR Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance. You’ll work closely with senior HR team member and have room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data (attendance, leave, new hires, terminations).
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance review cycles.
  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and separation paperwork.
  • Support HR reporting and data entry in HRIS systems.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role (internships included).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
