Junior HR Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR practices. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor regulations.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist with attendance monitoring, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company regulations.
  • Support visa, work permit, and other employee-related administrative processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Locally available in Bahrain.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRMS or HR software.
  • Previous experience handling recruitment and employee relations.
