Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and possess a good understanding of Bahrain labor laws and HR practices. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment activities, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Bahrain labor regulations.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Assist with attendance monitoring, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor law and company regulations.
- Support visa, work permit, and other employee-related administrative processes.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Coordinate employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Locally available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRMS or HR software.
- Previous experience handling recruitment and employee relations.
