Junior HR Generalist

Seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support regional HR operations across the Gulf and Near East. This role focuses on HR administration, recruitment coordination, reporting, and employee support, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities and compliance with policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, exits).
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documents.
  • Coordinate recruitment (screening, scheduling, offers).
  • Support onboarding and induction processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and track key metrics.
  • Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management cycles.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain records.
  • Support regional HR projects and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-3 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Arabic fluency is preferred.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law is a plus.
  • Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
