Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support and enhance HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Assist in employee relations by addressing queries and supporting issue resolution.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and HR projects.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Specialist or HR Generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
