Junior HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR team with onboarding and documentation.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,458.33 - ₹12,490.98 per month
