Position: Junior HR Recruiter

Role Details

• Location: Bhopal (On-site)
• Experience: 1–2 Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection and verification.
• Handle basic HR administrative tasks as required by the HR department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
