Junior Immigration Case Manager

The George McCranie Law Firm is looking for a new team member. Our team is carefully selected to create and deliver an amazing customer experience. In this role, you’ll grow your career by connecting with our customers and offering them our different services. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. That’s right. We will provide you with in-house training. No test to take, no travelling to different locations for training, NO WORKING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Once you are hired a typical day for you will be:

• Assist in preparing immigration case packages and forms for clients under the supervision of experienced case managers and attorneys
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish to collect necessary information and provide updates
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and document organization
• Support attorneys and senior case managers with daily case progress and reports
• Cover reception when needed by greeting clients, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the right department

What You Bring to the Role

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to be trained on firm software and systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
