Interior Design Assistant / Personal Assistant

Redefine Group is a boutique interior and architectural design studio focused on creating refined, high-end residential spaces. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive assistant to support both design operations and day-to-day logistics.

This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in interior design and wants to be immersed in the process, while also being comfortable handling a wide range of responsibilities beyond traditional design tasks.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, dynamic position that blends personal assistance, project support, and field coordination. You will work closely with the principal designer, assisting with everything from sourcing and errands to client-facing support and on-site coordination.

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently while representing the brand with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, scheduling, and general coordination
• Run errands related to projects (materials pickup, returns, deliveries, etc.)
• Support sourcing of materials, finishes, furnishings, and samples
• Assist on job sites with measurements, installations, and project follow-ups
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed
• Help maintain organization of project files, samples, and studio materials
• Anticipate needs and proactively support ongoing projects

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other design software
• Basic understanding of floor plans, materials, or construction process
• Previous experience in design, real estate, or a creative field

• Hourly position (based on experience)
