Junior Interior Designer

Hazelton Developments LLC, a custom home builder in Naples, FL, is seeking a part-time Junior Interior Designer with strong AutoCAD skills. This role offers the opportunity to transition full-time as our workload grows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating interior design concepts, layouts, and finish selections for luxury custom homes
• Draft and maintain build packages (drawings, elevations, specifications) using AutoCAD
• Support client meetings with presentations, mood boards, and material samples
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and trade partners
• Keep project documentation and design libraries organized

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of design experience (internships or junior roles welcome)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Strong eye for detail and space planning
• Excellent communication and organization skills
