About the Role

SPAR Technovet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is both creatively driven and technically sound. The ideal candidate will assist the senior design team in developing detailed interior concepts, technical drawings, 3D visualizations, and digital content for ongoing projects. This role requires a perfect blend of interior design knowledge, visualization skills, and digital media understanding.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture (mandatory)

Must-Have Skills

• AutoCAD – 2D layout and working drawings.
• 3ds Max with V-Ray – 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering.
• Adobe Photoshop – Presentation design and visual editing.
• 3D Modelling – Ability to model custom furniture and fixtures.
• Social Media Management – Content creation, post designing, video editing, and engagement management.
• Website Management – WordPress (advanced), SEO basics, article/blog writing, and basic UI/UX design using Figma.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Prepare detailed 2D working drawings and layout plans using AutoCAD.
• Create photorealistic 3D renders using 3ds Max + V-Ray.
• Support senior designers with concept boards, mood boards, and presentations.
• Assist in material selection, detailing, and documentation of design packages.

Visual & Digital Design

• Use Photoshop to create stunning client presentations and visuals.
• Contribute to SPAR’s social media presence — create posts, reels, and stories showcasing design work.
• Update and maintain company website — uploading new projects, articles, or blogs.
• Coordinate basic SEO and content optimization for digital visibility.

Coordination & Learning

• Work closely with the senior design team to understand client briefs and project requirements.
• Be open to feedback, teamwork, and creative collaboration.
• Stay informed about latest design trends, materials, and digital tools.
