JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation - Jr. Interior Designer

Experience Preference - 2-5 Years

Age - 26 to 35

Reporting to - Studio Head

Joining Time - As soon as possible

Previous Industry - Architect / Interior Designing company

Gender - No Preference

Educational Qualification - HSC/Graduate, Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design
Preferences

· Must have worked on Corporate Office Projects

· People with experience in Residential Projects ONLY will NOT be considered

· Staying in and around Dadar to Borivali and Thane

· Candidates from companies like Team One, ANJ, JTCPL, ZZ Architects, Milind Pai, Zarir Mullan, Flipspaces and similar will be preferred.

Job Description

Taking Measurement on Site.
Drafting working and detailed drawing on AutoCAD with exceptional speed.
Assist in Material selection
Design presentation & Pursuing Client for Design
Communicating site progress to Client via Bar Chart
Conferred with client to determine factor affecting planning, interior environment, budget, architectural preferences.

Desired Profile - At least 2/3 years in corporate design and Space planning.

The candidate needs to have strong detailing and drawing package experience.

Should have good material knowledge (from Interior point of view)

Need to have excellent sketching ability

Candidates must be excellent communicators so it is therefore essential that candidates are fluent in English.

Prior experience working in Turnkey Interior Design Company would be extremely beneficial.

Applicants should include a project list of completed work and ideally a selection of samples. AutoCAD drawings can be included in pdf format;

Specific Skill - Autocad 2D (must), 3D Max, Sketchup, PHOTOSHOP(must), MS-Office (Xl, PPT must)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
