The ideal candidate will create engaging visual content that strengthens brand identity, drives footfall, and supports both digital and offline marketing campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand &amp; Marketing Design<ul><li>Design marketing creatives for in-store branding, menus, menu boards, table toppers, posters, danglers, and packaging.</li><li>Create visuals for digital platforms including social media, websites, app banners, emailers, and online ads.</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.</li></ul>Campaign &amp; Promotional Support<ul><li>Develop creatives for new product launches, limited-time offers (LTOs), seasonal campaigns, and festive promotions.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals within tight timelines.</li><li>Adapt designs for multiple formats and sizes quickly (print + digital).</li></ul>Operational Design Support<ul><li>Design store-level communication materials such as SOP visuals, training posters, and internal branding.</li><li>Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate print outputs.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Execution<ul><li>Work closely with marketing, operations, and external agencies.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced QSR environment.</li><li>Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs as needed.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; QualificationsTechnical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).</li><li>Strong understanding of print production and digital design requirements.</li><li>Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short video editing is an advantage.</li></ul>Creative Skills<ul><li>Strong visual sense for food styling, typography, and layouts.</li><li>Ability to design attention-grabbing creatives that drive customer action.</li><li>Understanding of current design and social media trends in F&amp;B/QSR.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.</li><li>Prior experience in QSR, F&amp;B, these sectors preferred.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing both print and digital work (mandatory).</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Passion for food brands and consumer marketing.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a fast-growing QSR/F&amp;B brand.</li><li>Exposure to high-impact national and store-level campaigns.</li><li>Creative freedom within a strong brand framework.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
