Job Title: Project Manager – Real Estate

Reports To: Head of Projects / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing real estate projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute real estate construction projects from inception to handover
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Monitor progress against timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks
Site & Team Management
- Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure proper resource allocation at project sites
Cost, Quality & Safety Control
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets
- Monitor quality standards, specifications, and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and statutory requirements
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Finalize contractors and vendors in coordination with the purchase team
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and manage variations
- Approve bills, measurements, and certifications
Statutory & Compliance
- Coordinate with government bodies for approvals, inspections, and clearances
- Ensure compliance with local building laws, RERA norms, and environmental regulations
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular project status reports and MIS
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, drawings, and approvals
- Escalate risks and issues to senior management with mitigation plans
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate / construction project management
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent project planning and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project / Primavera)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
