Key One Design Solution is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman / Visualiser / Interior Designer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing high-end residential and commercial interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, timely execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and mood boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and FF&E schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
• Supervise site works to ensure execution aligns with design intent and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Oversee procurement and site installation schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior design and project coordination (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software. (Revit, 3DS Max, Corona is advantage)
• Excellent communication and site management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be available to join immediately.
