We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer who is eager to build a career—not simply gain another line on a résumé.

You will work directly with senior designers and project leaders on a wide variety of residential, hospitality, and specialty projects. This role offers significant mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design development and presentations
• Produce drawings and construction documents
• Support material and furniture selections
• Participate in client and project meetings
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors
• Contribute to a collaborative studio environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Desire to grow professionally within a team-oriented practice
