<Duties>

• Assist in developing interior design concepts that align with client needs and project goals.
• Prepare detailed drawings and renderings using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Contribute to lighting design and selection processes, including lighting sales and specifications.
• Collaborate on space planning, drafting layouts, and creating construction documents with Bluebeam and CAD tools.
• Participate in site visits for renovation or remodeling projects to ensure design integrity during construction phases.
• Assist in material selection, color schemes based on color theory principles, and finishes that enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Help prepare presentations for clients showcasing design ideas through visual boards and digital renderings.

<Requirements>

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D (3ds Max), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Basic understanding of drafting techniques, space planning, lighting design, and color theory.
• Experience or familiarity with project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, and contract procedures.
• Knowledge of interior design principles related to renovation, remodeling, construction processes, and lighting sales.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings such as blueprints using Bluebeam or similar software.
• Enthusiasm for learning about the latest trends in interior design and staying current with industry standards.
