Junior Inventory Associate

About the Role:

Arkan Marketing Services is hiring a Junior Inventory Associate to support inventory management across multiple e-commerce channels.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels, updating inventory across platforms, and ensuring alignment between physical and system inventory to support smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Update and maintain inventory across Shopify and other sales channels

* Monitor stock levels across platforms and ensure consistency

* Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records

* Identify and report inventory discrepancies across channels

* Track returns and cancellations, ensuring items are correctly added back into inventory

* Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock updates

* Track fast moving and low stock items for timely replenishment

Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

* Understanding of basic inventory management concepts

* Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
