Junior IT GRC Analyst

We are looking for a Junior IT GRC Analyst to support our IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in IT GRC, IT Audit, or IT Risk, and who is interested in developing their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT governance and compliance activities
• Assist in IT risk assessments and maintaining risk registers
• Help monitor IT controls and follow up with teams for evidence
• Support internal and external IT audits
• Assist in aligning processes with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT
• Prepare documentation: policies, procedures, and reports
• Coordinate with IT and business teams for compliance tasks
• Track and document issues, risks, and improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years or more in IT GRC / IT Audit / IT Risk
• Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT
• Good awareness of IT General Controls (ITGCs)
• Ability to assist with risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Strong documentation and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and good communication
• Experience with GRC or audit tools is a plus
• Oil & Gas industry experience is a strong advantage
