Junior IT Person

We are looking for a Junior IT Person to join our growing technology team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to support day-to-day IT operations. You’ll work closely with senior team members to maintain systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support software and hardware setups across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in installing, maintaining, and updating software applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Support staff with technical questions and training when needed.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger infrastructure or development projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of Windows / macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, IP configuration).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure / Google Workspace), or ticketing systems.
• Experience with basic scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
