About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Manager to support and assist in managing the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position in IT while handling day-to-day technical and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining the company’s IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud solutions.
• Support the administration of company software, applications, and digital tools.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are maintained and tested regularly.
• Assist in managing IT projects, including software updates, migrations, and system integrations.
• Support end-users with technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and policies.
• Help manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service contracts.
• Assist in developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures in line with business requirements.
• Monitor budgets for IT resources and support cost management initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance IT operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Knowledge of networking, servers, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with IT project management practices and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation or other IT service management certifications.
• Any relevant cloud or cybersecurity certifications.
