Network Engineer

We are looking to hire a skilled Network Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of networking concepts and the ability to support day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
• Assist in implementing network security measures including access control and firewall policies.
• Ensure network uptime and address outages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with IT team to support hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Conduct routine network maintenance, updates, and performance improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in network support or engineering.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and subnetting.
• Familiarity with Cisco/Mikrotik/HP network devices (certifications like CCNA are a plus).
• Knowledge of network security practices and firewall management.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds).
• Basic knowledge of cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Understanding of VoIP systems.
