Jr IT/Network Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Junior IT / Network Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and ensure smooth network operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining systems, troubleshooting network issues, and providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices, servers, and systems.
• Monitor LAN/WAN networks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking problems.
• Maintain and update system documentation, configurations, and network diagrams.
• Support data backup, recovery, and security measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
• Assist in implementing new IT and network solutions to improve system efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
