Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and qualify leads through online platforms, databases, and scraping tools

  • Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline

  • Organize client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities

  • Present and promote software solutions that align with client requirements

  • Negotiate, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions

  • Collaborate with internal and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, software consulting, or a related service-based industry

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals

  • Proficiency with CRM systems, lead scraping platforms, and outreach tools

  • Solid understanding of software implementation cycles and client onboarding

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
