Junior IT Support

B2Bmerx Kuwait is seeking a motivated and customer- focused Junior IT Support to join its growing team.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in IT support and business solutions.

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for onsite customer support, assisting with POS systems, hardware setup, ERP onboarding, networking, and digital signage deployments. Comprehensive training will be provided across all solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on- site and online technical support to customers across Kuwait

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS hardware (Mobile, Tablets, Desktops, Printers, Handhelds, etc.)

- Assist in ERP system onboarding, migration, and user training

- Configure and support network devices (routers, access points, connectivity setup, troubleshooting)

- Deploy and manage Digital Signage and CMS solutions

- Support customers during go- live and post- deployment phases

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally

- Maintain clear documentation (tickets) of installations, issues, and resolutions

- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Basic understanding of:

- IT hardware and peripherals

- Networking fundamentals (routers, IP configuration, etc.)

- Software installation and troubleshooting

- Fluent in English and Arabic / English and Hindi

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Must commute for onsite customer visits

- Quick learner, and problem- solving mindset
