About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager with a strong background in software and compliance solutions to drive sales of Infinite IT Solutions’ Emaratax offerings in the UAE. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, supporting customer retention, and closing deals with enterprises, holdings, and multinational organizations. You will also serve as a key point of contact for client queries and ensure that agreements and client data are accurately maintained in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients, focusing on large enterprises with annual turnover above AED 50M.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting (cold calling, networking), presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Manage inbound leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support customer retention by addressing client queries and providing ongoing assistance.
- Present Infinite’s portfolio of compliance solutions (e-invoicing, e-signature, digital archiving) to decision-makers via online platforms and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and relevant data in our CRM system (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Register implementation tasks with clear descriptions of client requirements and scope of work.
- Monitor and support collection of payments within due dates.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in software or compliance solution sales.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Demonstrated success in closing contracts.
- Established contacts within enterprise clients in the UAE/GCC region.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and building new relationships from scratch.
- Experience with CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
- Valid UAE work visa and available for immediate start.
- Letters of reference from previous employers are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
