Junior Kitchen Designer - Paid Training + Career Path

Location: In-Showroom (Culver City)

Compensation: $17/hour + Bonuses

Schedule: Full-time

We are a high-end kitchen cabinet showroom company looking to train the next generation of kitchen designers. This is a paid training position for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in kitchen design and sales.

Responsibilities:

· Learn kitchen design fundamentals and layout principles

· Train on professional kitchen design software (20/20 Design)

· Assist Senior designers with live client projects

· Create preliminary kitchen layouts and revisions

· Support client presentations and follow-ups

· Learn cabinetry, materials, storage solutions, and pricing

What we’re looking for

· Strong communication and people skills

· Coachable, motivated, and reliable

· Sales, design, or customer-facing experience is a plus

· Willingness to learn and grow into a full designer role
