Job Title: Junior Laravel Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Laravel Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will assist in building and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of backend development, a willingness to learn, and the ability to write clean and efficient code under guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Laravel
• Help build and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to write and optimize queries
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs under senior developers’ supervision
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members
• Follow coding best practices and contribute to code reviews
• Stay updated with Laravel, PHP, and related technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in PHP development (Laravel preferred)
• Basic understanding of Laravel, PHP, and MySQL
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
