Junior Lawyer

We are a young and dynamic team of lawyers working on a range of exciting and challenging legal projects. We're currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer / Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on UAE civil law and international legislation.
• Draft and review core legal documents, including contracts, claims, and official correspondence.
• Visit government authorities (AMER, Tasheel, Dubai Courts, Prosecutor’s Office) to submit and collect legal documents.
• Liaise with Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA, DSO) and fill out online application forms.
• Communicate with various authorities for follow-ups and inquiries related to legal procedures.
• Support the legal team in handling client matters and providing practical legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of civil law and procedural rules.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to interpret and apply foreign laws is a plus.
• Excellent drafting skills for contracts, legal claims, and letters.
• Highly organized and detail-focused; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to gather information efficiently.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Russian language skills are an advantage.
• Energetic, self-driven, and motivated to develop professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
