What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Junior Advocate who is serious about building a long-term career in property and real estate law.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good communication skills
• Strong drafting and writing ability
• Clear understanding of property documentation
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Roles & Responsibilities (Property / Real Estate Matters)

• Drafting and reviewing property documents such as:
• Sale Deeds
• Agreement for Sale
• Lease Agreements
• Leave & License Agreements
• Development Agreements
• Power of Attorney
• Title search and title verification of properties
• Preparing title reports and legal opinions
• Handling society matters including:
• Redevelopment documentation
• Conveyance matters
• Member agreements
• Assisting in due diligence for property transactions
• Coordination with clients, developers, brokers, and government offices
• Court appearances related to property and real estate matters
• Maintaining case files, documentation, and follow-ups
• Assisting senior advocates in ongoing property disputes and advisory work
