A leading international law firm with a well-established Middle East presence is seeking a junior lawyer (3–5 PQE) to join its Projects Practice in Doha, Qatar.

This opportunity is suited to a lawyer looking to build deep experience in high-quality projects work, including major energy, infrastructure, and development matters across the region. The role offers hands-on exposure to complex transactions and close collaboration with senior lawyers on market-leading deals.

Role Overview:

  • Advising on large-scale projects and infrastructure transactions, including energy and utilities matters
  • Drafting and negotiating a range of project documentation such as EPC contracts, concessions, and ancillary agreements
  • Assisting on project finance aspects, including interaction with lenders and sponsors
  • Supporting cross-border matters involving international stakeholders and government entities
  • Working as part of an integrated, international projects team

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Solid grounding in projects, construction, energy, infrastructure, or project finance work
  • Training or experience gained at a reputable international or top-tier regional firm
  • Strong drafting, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Middle East experience is helpful but not required
