Junior Lawyer

We are Insolvency Professional entity and we are mainly practicing in Insolvency & Bankruptcy field. We are looking for Juinior Lawyers/ Law Interns for a minimum period of 1 year. Candidates must be well versed with the legal procedures, filling etc. and must have good communication skills and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities: - Support to IPs: Acting as the primary support for Insolvency Professionals in managing the affairs of a Corporate Debtor.

- CoC / SCC Management: Participating in Committee of Creditors (CoC) or Stakeholders Consultation Committee (SCC) meetings and drafting formal minutes.

– Claim Verification: Meticulously verifying claims submitted by financial and operational creditors against the company's records.

- CIRP & Liquidation: Navigating the end-to-end stages of resolution from the admission of the petition to the final approval of a Resolution Plan or Liquidation order.

–Specialized Cases: Exposure to Personal Guarantor (PG) insolvency cases.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
