Legal Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Associate to join our law office. The ideal candidate should be an active learner with a strong commitment to building expertise in Corporate Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law (IBC), Arbitration, and Civil Law matters. This position is ideal for fresh law graduates or young advocates looking to build a career in a demanding and high-growth legal practice.

Key Responsibilities  Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.  Assist in drafting pleadings, legal notices, agreements, and legal opinions.  Attend court hearings, NCLT, and arbitration proceedings alongside seniors.  Support senior advocates in managing ongoing client matters and deadlines.  Prepare case briefs and maintain documentation for various matters.  Liaise with clients, counsel, and court staff when required.  Stay updated on legal developments in corporate, IBC, and arbitration law.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,213.32 per month
